As an Approved Centre for the Royal Lifesaving Society (RLSS) and IQL we are pleased to be able to deliver their workshops and courses.

In the UK, 77% of people either don't know or are unsure of how to perform CPR and millions would not know how to give basic first aid. The RLSS have therefore created a series of Save a Life workshops to teach basic emergency skills.
Each workshop is 2 hours long and the skills you will cover are:
- Life Support (CPR)
Save a Baby's Life Workshops
Save a Child's Life Workshops
First Aid Awards (Ofqual accredited)
IOL Level 3 Paediatric First Aid
This two day course covers a wide range of CPR and first aid skills related to children, providing you with the skills to administer first aid to children and infants.
The qualification is Ofqual accredited and valid for 3 years.
The course comprises of practical work and theoretical classroom work, as well as a practical assessment on CPR and first aid.
Candidates must be a minimum of 16 years of age at the time of taking the assessment. No prior first aid knowledge is required.
Emergency First Aid at Work
This IQL Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work qualification enables a first aider to give emergency first aid to someone who is injured or becomes ill at work.
This one day course covers a range of CPR and first aid skills, providing you with the skills to ensure a safe working environment.
The qualification is Ofqual accredited and valid for 3 years, making it suitable for all industries and enabling you to meet HSE requirements.
The course comprises of practical work and theoretical classroom work, including practical assessment on CPR and first aid.
Candidates must be a minimum of 16 years of age at the time of taking the assessment. No prior knowledge is required.
