First Aid Courses

As an Approved Centre for the Royal Lifesaving Society (RLSS) and IQL we are pleased to be able to deliver their workshops and courses.

Community Life Support Awards

In the UK, 77% of people either don't know or are unsure of how to perform CPR and millions would not know how to give basic first aid.  The RLSS have therefore created a series of Save a Life workshops to teach basic emergency skills.

Each workshop is 2 hours long and the skills you will cover are:

  • Life Support (CPR)
  • Choking
  • Drowning
